Active Trader Magazine published article

* I recently became aware that you can no longer order the article I published in Active Trader way back in ’09.  I am re-posting it here so people can read it and see that not much has changed. The things I mentioned in that article still apply.

Side note: It’s funny because in the article, I refer to 1700 contracts on the offer in the 10-year as a “large offer”. These days, it’s a normal single print. Now a large offer is 4,000 trading and 4,000 more refreshing at the same price. The volume has certainly changed but the concepts have not.
